Strategic Marketing Reboot
Consultancy and support to help you reframe your digital marketing for increased results. For founders of small businesses and solo business owners and marketers.
Why a strategic marketing reboot?
Because it’s hard to get perspective and clarity on your own. With a strategic marketing reboot you’ll get a clear view of how you’re doing now, a way of building on what’s working and a clear plan for fixing what’s not. You’ll gain a better understanding of the digital marketing landscape, and how to work it to your advantage. Plus a valuable plan of action to step up your marketing activity, with my ongoing support if you’d like it.
Understanding your ideal client and her challenges is key to marketing that gets results
How does it work?
1 • Scope
Initial meeting to talk through your requirements and goals. I’ll ask you lots of questions to help me understand you, your business and your ambition. We’ll talk about your ideal clients, and who you want to engage through your marketing.
2 • Where are you now?
I’ll review your current website and digital footprint (e.g. Twitter, LinkedIn, newsletters, etc.) to give you a clear, independent view of the message you’re sending out into the world.
3 • Research
Who do you want to connect with? I’ll research your market, your competitors and your audience to help you align your marketing and services with what your ideal clients want.
What will you get
4 • Clarity
Report benchmarking how you’re doing, and highlighting areas for improvement.
5 • A plan for your website
The report includes suggested changes to website copy and structure, changes to content marketing activities, ideas for new content.
6 • Tactical planning workshop
Workshop to discuss findings, and to draw up your plan of action. Face-to-face in Bristol, via Zoom if not.
"The value was in more than just a content strategy - she helped us reframe our offering, making our messaging more targeted and clearer. Her outsider perspective enabled us to gain the clarity and insight that we couldn't have achieved by ourselves alone.”
